I am committed to supporting individuals throughout their mental health journeys. My perspective, shaped by my background as an immigrant and my prior experience as a pediatric dentist, has profoundly influenced my approach to compassionate care. This commitment now guides my work with both children and adults as they navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
My methods include Child-Centered Play Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. My approach is collaborative and tailored, focusing on enhancing emotional regulation and improving interpersonal relationships. My aim is to foster stability and fulfillment in the lives of my clients while honoring their diverse backgrounds. Through empathy and personalized care, I am dedicated to making a meaningful and positive impact on my clients’ well-being.
