“To the ones who don’t run with the popular crowd, the ones who get caught reading under their desks, the ones who feel like they never get invited, included, or represented. Get your leathers. We have dragons to ride.” -Rebecca Yarros
I’ve dedicated my life as a counselor to support those who have never fit within the boxes designated by society. As the child of a mother with cerebral palsy and as a human with hypermobility, I’ve seen firsthand the effects of medical trauma, chronic pain, and societal stigma can have on someone. Your journey is yours and deserves to be heard. I work from a neurodiversity affirming, person centered, & systemic perspective to understand your journey. The techniques I use are tailored to each individual, & between session work will be necessary to help you continue to grow, heal, and thrive.
Whether it’s ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, etc., we will work together to build your executive function skills & coping skills, find accommodations that work with your brain, & process your emotions so that you or your child can live life to the fullest.
