Briana Clay
As a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor at Tree of Life Counseling and Consulting, my goal is to help clients live with intention as they embark on their journey of self-discovery. I alter my theoretical orientation depending on each client's needs but primarily use strength-based, narrative-therapy, trauma informed approaches, and cognitive behavioral therapy with clients. I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. By fostering a safe and nonjudgmental space, I empower clients to explore their stories with compassion, uncover their truths, and build resilience. Together, I aim to help clients identify the strengths and tools they already possess while working collaboratively to develop new ones.
