Mario Roche Martinez

My lived experience as an immigrant shapes the heart of my practice. Being born in another country and navigating the immigration journey firsthand has deeply shaped both my perspective and my clinical work. I understand the emotional complexities of adjusting to new environments, cultures, and identities. This lived experience allows me to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds and create a space where they feel genuinely understood and supported.

I am passionate about working with underserved and minority communities, and I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, life transitions, addiction, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Whether you are navigating cultural identity, major life changes, or personal struggles, I strive to meet you where you are with empathy, respect, and cultural awareness.

My goal is to provide a safe, affirming, and collaborative therapeutic environment where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward becoming the healthiest and most empowered version of yourself.
