Joy Norwood
I’m Joy and I work with clients 4 and up. I'm an advocate and practitioner of Child-Centered Play Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy. I work with adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship struggles, grief, and trauma. I also help children and adolescents who are navigating divorce, grief and loss, trauma, suspensions, alternative placements, and family conflicts. I want to help people of all ages become better with their emotional regulation and how they interact with those around them. My hope is to be able to foster more stability within my clients’ homes, and better their relationships with their family and peers.
