FAQ

What are your fees?
Counseling services begin at $140 per 50-minute session. Intake sessions are $175 per session, and couples/family sessions are $20 more per session. Some clinicians offer a sliding scale fee based on a client’s needs. Interns offer a discounted rate of $60 per 50-minute session
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, some of our clinicians are panelled with BCBS, Aetna, UHC, and UMR commercial/private insurances. Please visit our counselors' page for more information.
We are not currently in-network with any Medicaid or Medicare insurance companies.
Can I book an Intake Session?
​Yes. You can submit an online inquiry via chat, use the online booking system above, or contact our office at (337) 703-2806 / info@treeoflifecoun.com.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We require a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to the full session rate. Please contact us at (337) 703-2806 if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged.
