Multicultural Counseling
We are multiculturally focused and highly trained to address racial trauma, immigrant & refugee trauma, systemic oppression, LGBTQIA+ and QTBIPOC issues, and provide multilingual counseling to clients in Spanish, French, Greek, Arabic, and Turkish.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based, highly effective modality used to treat an array of issues including depression, anxiety-related disorders, and mood disorders.
Trauma Focused Therapy
We have highly trained therapist who can help you resolve your traumatic experiences. Through effective treatments such as Eye Movement & Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Exposure Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), we can help you resolve your trauma and become your best self.
Solution Focused Therapy
SFT is a short-term brief form of counseling provided to clients who desire to address short to mid-term goals within 6-12 sessions. Normally stabilization can be achieved during this time to help you feel in control of your life.
Play Therapy
Non-directive play therapy has been proven effective treatment for children, adolescents, and adults to treat an array of mental health conditions. It's a form of communication where play helps the client process and express what they may not be able to put into words. For children, it teaches them prosocial behaviors and effective emotional regulation skills.
