Micah Romero
“To be human is to need others, and this is no flaw or weakness.”
- Dr. Sue Johnson
As a transgender therapist, my primary area of focus is on LGBTQIA+ populations, though I am dedicated to working with all communities who are silenced and disenfranchised. I operate through a strength-based, trauma-informed lens, and my interventions focus on client empowerment, mindfulness, and attachment healing. That said, each client’s lived experience is unique, and through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we will adapt interventions used to best serve your needs. I am committed to showing up with authenticity and unconditional compassion for my clients, and I hope to have the privilege to help you on your own journey of self-empowerment.
